    5  insert:
    6         Section 4. Subsection (28) of section 550.002, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         550.002 Definitions.—As used in this chapter, the term:
    9         (28) “Quarter horse” means a breed of horse developed in
   10  the western United States which is capable of high speed for a
   11  short distance and used in quarter horse races racing registered
   12  with the American Quarter Horse Association.
