       Senator Stargel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (844462) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 907 - 915
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) Upon receipt of the written statement from the property
    6  appraiser, the tax collector shall calculate the damage
    7  differential and disaster relief credit pursuant to this section
    8  and process a refund in an amount equal to the disaster relief
    9  credit.
