       Senator Rader moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (486636) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 5 - 2628
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 1. For the 2018-2019 fiscal year, the sum of $150
    7  million in nonrecurring funds, retained by the elimination of
    8  tax exemptions for that fiscal year, is appropriated from the
    9  General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Families,
   10  for distribution to the seven behavioral health managing
   11  entities contracting with the department pursuant to s.
   12  394.9082, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of allocation to
   13  local communities to provide direct treatment and services to
   14  individuals with opioid use disorders.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.

   20  and insert:
   21         An act relating to taxation; providing an
   22         appropriation to the Department of Children and
