    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 404 and 405
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Subsection (7) is added to section 1007.23,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         1007.23 Statewide articulation agreement.—
    8         (7) The articulation agreement must ensure fair and
    9  equitable access for high school graduates with mastery-based,
   10  nontraditional diplomas and transcripts.
