    3         Delete lines 27 - 36.

    6  And the title is amended as follows:
    7         Delete lines 2 - 10
    8  and insert:
    9         An act relating to daylight saving time; providing a
   10         short title; providing legislative intent regarding
   11         the State of Florida and its political subdivisions
   12         observing daylight saving time year-round under
   13         certain conditions;
