       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Bracy) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 67 - 70
    4  and insert:
    5  organization according to the direct-support organization's
    6  established bylaws. Members of the organization must include
    7  representatives from businesses, representatives from each of
    8  the juvenile justice service districts, and one representative
    9  appointed at large.
