Community Redevelopment Agencies; Requiring ethics training for community redevelopment agency commissioners; requiring a community redevelopment agency to publish certain digital boundary maps on its website; requiring the Department of Economic Opportunity to declare inactive community redevelopment agencies that have reported no financial activity for a specified number of years; specifying the level of tax increment financing that a governing body may establish for funding the redevelopment trust fund, etc.
