    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to fees; amending s. 320.08056, F.S.;
    3         creating a fee for a certain specialty license plate;
    4         providing a contingent effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. Paragraph (ffff) is added to subsection (4) of
    9  section 320.08056, Florida Statutes, to read:
   10         320.08056 Specialty license plates.—
   11         (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall be
   12  collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
   13         (ffff) Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society license
   14  plate, $25.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date that
   16  SB ___ or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation
   17  is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension
   18  thereof and becomes a law.
