       Senator Simpson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (856614) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 34
    5  and insert:
    6  defined in s. 316.003(101). This subparagraph shall only be
    7  applicable to work zone areas if construction personnel are
    8  present or are operating equipment on the road or immediately
    9  adjacent to the work zone area. For the purposes of this
   10  paragraph,
