       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Lee) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (436274) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 1293
    4  and insert:
    5         a regulatory action level event or a corrective action
    6  plan. The office may not waive the quarterly reporting
    7  requirement for a period of 12 months for any provider that is
    8  impaired, or does not comply with a requirement for debt service
    9  coverage ratio, days cash on hand, or average facility occupancy
   10  under s. 651.011(25).
