       The Committee on Rules (Diaz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 77
    4  and insert:
    5  provided for in this section, unless the specific animal poses a
    6  direct threat to the safety or health of others or poses a
    7  direct threat of physical damage to the property of others which
    8  cannot be reduced or eliminated by another reasonable
    9  accommodation, and such individual may not be
   10

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 7
   14  and insert:
   15         all housing accommodations; providing an exception;
   16         prohibiting a housing
