       The Committee on Education (Gainer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 28 and 29
    4  insert:
    5         (c) Out-of-state students enrolled under this fee waiver
    6  shall not be included in the enrollment totals for these
    7  institutions by the Education Estimating Conference on Florida
    8  College System Enrollment.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 7
   13  and insert:
   14         requirements; prohibiting certain students enrolled in
   15         certain Florida College System institutions who
   16         qualify for such fee waivers from being included in
   17         the enrollment totals of such institutions for a
   18         specified purpose; providing an effective date.
