       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (748114) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 211 - 216
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 4. This act applies to assignments executed on or
    6  after the effective date of the act to the extent that the act
    7  does not require the invalidation of any provision of a contract
    8  executed before the effective date of the act.
