       The Committee on Rules (Farmer) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (338298) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 30 - 33
    4  and insert:
    5  litigation as required by paragraph (9)(b).
    6         (g) “Presuit settlement offer” means the offer made by the
    7  insurer in its written response to the notice of intent to
    8  initiate litigation as required by paragraph (9)(c).
