       The Committee on Judiciary (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 45 - 48
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) If the incapacitated person is a child or young adult
    6  under the jurisdiction of a dependency court, in the county
    7  where the child resides or in the county having jurisdiction of
    8  the dependency case.
    9         (3) When the residence of an incapacitated person is
   10  changed to another county, the guardian shall petition to have
   11  the venue of the guardianship changed to the county of the
   12  acquired residence, except in cases where venue was established
   13  under paragraph (2)(d) or as provided in s. 744.1098.
