       (Hooper) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (763358) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 60 and 61
    5  insert:
    6         (f) A prescription for lenses, spectacles, eyeglasses,
    7  contact lenses, or other optical devices may not be made based
    8  on telehealth services or solely on the refractive error of the
    9  human eye as determined by a computer controlled device such as
   10  an autorefractor.

   14         Delete line 207
   15  and insert:
   16         medicine without a license; providing that
   17         prescriptions for lenses, spectacles, eyeglasses,

   20         determination made through the use of certain
   21         computer-controlled devices; providing recordkeeping
