       Senator Hooper moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 97 and 98
    4  insert:
    5         (f) A prescription for optical devices may be issued based
    6  on the refractive error of the human eye as determined or
    7  confirmed through a telehealth service if the service includes a
    8  contemporaneous eye health examination.

   12         Delete line 12
   13  and insert:
   14         medicine without a license; authorizing a prescription
   15         for optical devices to be issued based on the use of a
