       The Committee on Appropriations (Thurston) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (858228) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 173 - 179
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) ELIGIBLE CANADIAN SUPPLIERS.—A Canadian supplier may
    6  export prescription drugs into the state under the program if
    7  the supplier:
    8         (a) Is in full compliance with relevant Canadian federal
    9  and provincial laws and regulations;
   10         (b) Is identified by the vendor as eligible to participate
   11  in the program; and
   12         (c) Submits an attestation that the supplier has a
   13  registered agent in the United States, including the name and
   14  United States address of the registered agent.
