       The Committee on Appropriations (Gibson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 423 and 424
    4  insert:
    5         (10) OPPORTUNITY TO OPT OUT.—A pregnant woman, a parent on
    6  behalf of a minor under 18 years of age, a senior citizen of age
    7  65 or older, or a person who is immunocompromised must be
    8  verbally notified if he or she is to receive prescription drugs
    9  through the program and must be provided an opportunity to opt
   10  out of the program without financial penalty.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 26 and 27
   15  insert:
   16         requiring certain persons to be notified and given an
   17         opportunity to opt out of the program if they are to
   18         receive a prescription drug through the program;
