       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (546646) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 469 - 471
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Relatives and nonrelatives must be informed of the
    6  availability of, and the requirements and benefits of, the
    7  Relative Caregiver Program and the Guardianship Assistance
    8  Program and must be informed that they may choose which program
    9  to enroll in that best suits the particular needs of the
   10  caregiver.
