       Senator Thurston moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Senate Amendment (406006) to House
    2  Amendment (with title amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 248 and 249
    5  insert:
    6         Section 3. Every employee of a law enforcement agency, a
    7  local governmental entity, or a state entity must successfully
    8  complete 8 hours of a nationally recognized and accredited
    9  training program on implicit bias.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 289
   14  and insert:
   15         a specified period; requiring employees of certain
   16         agencies or entities to complete specified training;
   17         providing effective dates.
