    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (159253) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 91
    5  and insert:
    6  System and the Florida College System. The term does not include
    7  the Department of Education or the employees of the department.
    8         908.1025 Chapter applicability.—This chapter does not apply
    9  to school resource officers, participants of a school guardian
   10  program, or any law enforcement agencies or local governmental
   11  entities while operating at any education facility or
   12  institution, including public, private, and charter K-12 schools
   13  in this state.
