    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 245 - 249
    4  and insert:
    5         908.108 Education facilities or institutions.—This chapter
    6  does not apply to law enforcement agencies or local governmental
    7  entities operating at any educational facility or institution.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 26
   12  and insert:
   13         nonapplicability of the act to certain educational
