       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (897266) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 761 - 767
    5  and insert:
    6  medical conditions with marijuana. Research must include
    7  tracking clinical outcomes, certification standards, dosing
    8  standards, routes of administration, efficacy, and side effects.
    9  Research must also include the study of the effects of smoking
   10  marijuana to treat debilitating medical conditions. The board
   11  must award funds to members of the consortium and to perform
   12  research consistent with the plan. The board shall collaborate
   13  with and may award
