       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (368506) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 1074
    5  and insert:
    6         (8) PROHIBITIONS.—A participant in the program may not
    7  import prescription drugs from, have relations with, be in
    8  contact with, or be financially connected with the following
    9  countries:
   10         (a) China;
   11         (b) Cuba;
   12         (c) Iran;
   13         (d) Pakistan;
   14         (e) Russia; or
   15         (f) Venezuela.
   16         (9) RULEMAKING AUTHORITY.—The department shall adopt rules
   17

   20         Between lines 1197 and 1198
   21  insert:
   22         prohibiting participants in the program from importing
   23         prescription drugs from, relating to, being in contact
   24         with, or being financially connected with specified
