                         funds for the acquisition and renovation of a new 
Spec App:                facility for Lighthouse for the Blind - Central 
                         Florida (Senate Form 1942).  Reduces $100,00 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from Assessment 
                         and Evaluation.
