On Page: 263             Inserts proviso language to specify $100,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the State Transportation 
Spec App: 1989A          Trust Fund for Hurricane Michael - Panama City - 
                         Roadways & Drainage Infrastructure (Senate Form 
                         2515). Amends proviso language to specify reducing 
                         funding by the same amount from Eastern Bay County 
                         Dredging (Senate Form 2383).
