These early intervention programs must solely offer auditory oral educational habilitation services, as defined and described in section 1002.391, Florida Statutes, and include faculty members who are credentialed as Certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialists or hearing support services in pursuit of spoken language outcomes for infants and toddlers who are deaf (Senate Form 1070).
