On Page: 231             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Blountstown Wastewater Effluent Discharge 
Spec App: 1662A          (Senate Form 2102). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from Apalachicola Sewer Improvement (Senate 
                         Form 2105).
