amendment:

On Page: 080             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Specialized Treatment Education and 
Spec App:  373           Prevention Services (STEPS) SMART Program (Senate 
                         Form 1763). Reduces $50,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from in the Department of Veterans' 
                         Affairs.
