On Page: 078             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Waypoint Career and Technical College 
Spec App:  367           (Senate Form 2086). Reduces $50,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from the Community Action 
                         Treatment (CAT) team in Charlotte County (Senate 
                         Form 1275).
