amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 071             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Foundation for Sickle Cell Disease 
Spec App:  314A          Research (Senate Form 2259) in the Department of 
                         Health. Reduces $50,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from the Children of Inmates - Careers 
                         Over Crime (Senate Form 2357) in the Department of 
                         Children and Families.
