amendment:

On Page: 007             Provides $2,000,000 in nonreccurring funds from the 
                         Public Education Capital Outlay and Debt Service 
Spec App:   21           Trust Fund for the Florida Polytechnic University 
                         Applied Research Center. Reduces $2,000,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the Public Education Capital 
                         Outlay and Debt Service Trust Fund for the Santa Fe 
                         College Construct Clsrm, Lab, & Library Bldg - 
                         Blount.
