Spec App:                Trust Fund for the Florida State College of 
                         Jacksonville Remodel/Addition to Support Bldg for 
                         STEM Downtown. Reduces $100,000 in nonrecurring 
                         funds from the Public Education Capital Outlay and 
                         Debt Service Trust Fund for the Miami Dade College 
                         Rem/Ren Fac 14 (Gym) for Justice Center North.
