On Page: 231             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Lakeland's Se7en Wetlands Educational 
Spec App: 1662A          Center (Senate Form 1722). Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Okeechobee Utility Authority 
                         Treasure Island Septic to Sewer Infrastructure 
                         (Senate Form 1304).
