On Page: 263             Inserts proviso language to specify $625,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the State Transportation 
Spec App: 1989A          Trust Fund for Land O' Lakes US 41 Landscape 
                         Rehabilitation (Senate Form 1450). Amends proviso 
                         language to specify reducing funding by the same 
                         amount from the Lithia Pinecrest Road PD&E Study 
                         (Senate Form 2290).
