On Page: 014             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Florida Memorial University Aviation and 
Spec App:   64           Safety (Senate Form 1406). Reduces $50,000 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from the Edward 
                         Waters College Pre-College Academy (Senate Form 
                         2160).
