On Page: 028             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Mangonia Park Reading Program (Senate 
Spec App:  113           Form 1755). Reduces $50,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from the Riviera Beach Early Learning 
                         to Kindergarten Pilot (Senate Form 1968).
