amendment:

On Page: 055             Inserts proviso language to require the Agency for 
                         Health Care Administration to review hospital 
Spec App:  207           outpatient reimbursement rates for all specialty 
                         children's hospitals and submit a report to the 
                         Governor, the Senate President, and the Speaker of 
                         the House of Representatives outlining the 
                         reimbursement methodology and substantiating the 
                         calculations.

Insert proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 207:

The Agency for Health Care Administration is directed to review the
current reimbursement rates for all specialty children's hospitals to
ensure the reimbursement rates are calculated in the same manner. The
agency shall submit a report to the Governor, the President of the
Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by July 31,
2019. The report shall outline the hospital outpatient reimbursement 
methodology for each specialty children's hospital and substantiate the 
calculations.
