These funds shall be placed in reserve subject to the federal approval of a state plan amendment and federal approval of a Section 438.6(c) directed payment of a minimum fee995132 Log:0122 BRM/BRM 03/25/19 11:34:24 PM Senate Page: 1 schedule calculated as a supplemental per member per month payment. Upon federal approval, the Agency for Health Care Administration may submit a budget amendment or budget amendments requesting release of the funds placed in reserve pursuant to chapter 216, Florida Statutes. In addition to the proposed amendment, the agency shall submit a proposed distribution model by entity and a proposed listing of entities contributing Intergovernmental Transfers to support the state match. Payments to providers under this section of proviso are contingent upon the nonfederal share being provided through intergovernmental transfers in the Grants and Donations Trust Fund.
