The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 052             Inserts proviso to specify $185,664 in nonrecurring 
                         funds from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund and 
Spec App:  202           $294,336 in nonrecurring funds from the Medical Care 
                         Trust Fund are provided for the Graduate Medical 
                         Education program to fund psychiatry residency slots 
                         for Federally Qualified Health Centers accredited by 
                         the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical 
                         Education in adult and child psychiatry.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 202, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 202, $185,664 in nonrecurring 
funds from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund and $294,336 in 
nonrecurring funds from the Medical Care Trust Fund are provided to fund 
psychiatry residency slots for Federally Qualified Health Centers that 
hold continued institutional accreditation from the Accreditation 
Council for Graduate Medical Education in adult and child psychiatry.
