       Senator Albritton moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 383 - 404
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 10. Present subsection (12) of section 39.621,
    6  Florida Statutes, is redesignated as subsection (11), and
    7  subsection (10) and present subsection (11) of that section are
    8  amended, to read:
    9         39.621 Permanency determination by the court.—
   10         (10) The permanency placement is intended to continue

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 48 - 52
   15  and insert:
   16         s. 39.621, F.S.; revising when a court must hold
