       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 34 - 85
    4  and insert:
    5         (d)All information concerning preregistered voter
    6  registration applicants who are 16 or 17 years of age. This
    7  paragraph is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act in
    8  accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed on October 2,
    9  2024, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment
   10  by the Legislature.
   11         (3) This section applies to information held by an agency
   12  before, on, or after the effective date of this exemption.
   13         Section 2. The Legislature finds that it is a public
   14  necessity
