       The Committee on Judiciary (Thurston) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 136 - 138
    4  and insert:
    5  injuries and damages to Jane Doe. Of the amount awarded under
    6  this act, the total amount paid for attorney fees may not exceed
    7  $260,000, the total amount paid for lobbying fees may not exceed
    8  $65,000, and the total amount paid for costs or other similar
    9  expenses may not exceed $3,084.56.
