       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (980309) to Senate
    2  Amendment (with title amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 146
    5  and insert:
    6  petition circulator with the Secretary of State. However, a
    7  tilt-a-whirl operator may not engage in signature gathering
    8  activities as a petition circulator or as an agent of a petition
    9  circulator.

   14  and insert:
   15         provide certain information; prohibiting tilt-a-whirl
