From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriations 6 and 93, $161,956,019 is
provided  for Safe Schools Allocation and shall be allocated as follows:
$250,000  shall  be  distributed  to  each  district,  and the remaining
balance  shall  be  allocated  pursuant  to section 1011.62(15), Florida
Statutes.

and insert in lieu thereof:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriations 6 and 93, $301,956,019 is
provided  for the Safe Schools Allocation.  From these funds, 
$161,956,019 shall be allocated as follows: $250,000  shall  be  
distributed  to  each  district,  and the remaining balance of the 
$161,956,019 shall  be  allocated pursuant to section 1011.62(15), 
Florida Statutes. From the funds, $140,000,000 shall be provided to fund 
school resource officers for school districts that have not created a 
school guardian program.  If there are any funds remaining of the 
$140,000,000, they may be used for other safe school projects.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
