       The Committee on Infrastructure and Security (Lee) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (449268) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 50
    5  and insert:
    6  apply. However, this section shall not be construed to prevent a
    7  local government, through the exercise of its powers under s.
    8  316.008, from adopting an ordinance governing the operation of
    9  micromobility devices and motorized scooters on streets,
   10  highways, sidewalks and sidewalk areas under the local
   11  government’s jurisdiction.

   15         Delete lines 148 - 149
   16  and insert:
   17         providing for construction; exempting a motorized
   18         scooter or micromobility device
