       The Committee on Appropriations (Braynon) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (313546) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 706 and 707
    5  insert:
    6         (d) The school district shall notify the county sheriff and
    7  the Office of Safe Schools immediately after, but no later than
    8  72 hours after:
    9         1. A school guardian is dismissed for misconduct or
   10  otherwise disciplined.
   11         2. A school guardian discharges his or her firearm in the
   12  exercise of the guardian’s duties, other than for training
   13  purposes.
