       Senator Diaz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 839 - 850
    4  and insert:
    5  scholarship program under this section may annually increase by
    6  0.15 percent of the state’s total public school student
    7  enrollment.
    8         (b) The scholarship amount provided to a student for any
    9  single school year shall be for tuition and fees for an eligible
   10  private school, not to exceed annual limits, which shall be
   11  determined in accordance with this paragraph. The calculated
   12  amount for a student to attend an eligible private school shall
   13  be 95 percent of the funds per FTE for a district in the Florida
   14  Education Finance Program for a student in the basic program
   15  plus a per FTE share of funds for all categorical programs,
   16  except for the Exceptional Student Education Guaranteed
   17  Allocation.
