    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 794 - 796
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) Before enrolling in a private school, a student and his
    6  or her parent or guardian must meet with the private school’s
    7  principal or the principal’s designee to review the school’s
    8  academic programs and policies, customized educational programs,
    9  code of student conduct, and attendance policies.
